Third-party Integrations
The features listed here help any organization keep track of its employees, schedule shifts, record the hours your employees worked, track the employee hours for correct payroll, and much more. All the features are not available with every plan, but different plans for businesses with different needs.
I particularly like the payroll management option, as it gives you insight into your expenses based on the employee’s schedule and timesheets. You can forecast labor costs in real-time, and you can adjust hourly rates, holiday rates, weekend rates, paid and unpaid time off, and much more.
The reports FindMyShift provides are excellent, as you get easy-to-understand visual reports. These come as interactive charts, and you get over 40 reports. You will get an in-depth insight into your employee’s behaviors, which helps in managing your business. Also, each employee gets their own profile, and you can adjust any particulars in there.
Pricing Plans
FindMyShift has a flat monthly price per team plan that comes with no surprises, no extra costs, or hidden fees. There are four main price plans, each with an increased number of features:

The FindMyShift free plan is intended for small enterprises with up to 5 team members, one manager, and only essential functions. It still supports third-party integrations, which is very appealing for small companies just starting and need simple employee scheduling features. Qualifying charities and volunteer organizations get an additional 25% discount.
The other three paid plans offer a good selection of features that facilitate employee scheduling, notifications, support, real-time reports, and more. All the subscriptions are at a pay-as-you-go base, with no contract; there are also no hidden fees, no extra charges, or additional upsells. However, I need to note that if you wish to use SMS notifications, these are purchased as credits (because these are purchased as service from mobile phone service providers).
Apart from these four plans, FindMyShift also has a custom plan if you need to manage and schedule a team with more than 300 members. Additionally, all plans are available for free for the first three months. You can test the software’s features for free for an incredible 90 days before you commit to a subscription.

Comparing FindMyShift With Alternatives
After considering similar scheduling platforms, here is how FindMyShift fares against its competition. Here I’ve selected When I Work and Deputy. These allow staff scheduling, time tracking, messaging, mobile apps, and many more similar features.
The pricing plans differ for Deputy and When I Work, as Deputy has a per-user-based plan, and When I Work has a per-feature plan. The online reviews of all three scheduling platforms are excellent, with only a few negative reviews and generally positive reviews. Check out the table below comparing the features of these employee scheduling cloud-based platforms.

People
FindMyShift has announced that they also work on allowing the integration with Intuit QuickBooks and Myob.
By integrating FindMyShift with these third-party platforms, you get a wealth of possibilities. For example, you can organize your workflows with Slack and assign tasks; your employees can use Alexa or Google Assistant to find out when their next shift is. Also, you can manage HR better and run payroll efficiently by knowing exactly when your employees were at work.
Customer Support
FindMyShift has outstanding customer support in place. The official website has a Getting Started guide that helps the onboarding process, with short but comprehensive guides for every step of the way. Apart from this, the website has a knowledge base, video guides and webinars, an outline of the keyboard shortcuts you can use, and a section with tips and tricks that I found very helpful.
The FindMyShift customer support team is available during working hours (6 AM to 10 PM BST) from Monday to Friday. You can contact the support agents via email, WhatsApp messaging, and phone. To talk to a live representative, you need to call during working hours, but even if you contact them via message, they promise to get back to you within 24 hours.
User Reviews
FindMyShift enjoys quite an online reputation, with impressive reviews across all major review sites. The most often noted praises for this cloud platform were the impressive and fast customer service and the customizable nature of FindMyShift.
Many users have noted that they liked the way FindMyShift lets you plan the shifts for your team. Many noted the simplicity of the onboarding process, but there are some notes on particulars related to customization limitations. Still, some users also noted that this software could use extra notifications on clocking in/out, as employees who use the mobile app on their phones can forget to clock out of their shift.
Conclusion
From everything I’ve seen and learned about FindMyShift, this Netherlands-based employee scheduling platform is an established player in this industry. The features are well-balanced, with good planning tools, real-time reporting, payroll estimations, and much more.
The pricing plans are attractive, with flat-rate pricing and no hidden fees or extra costs that suit the needs of small to medium businesses. Overall, FindMyShift is a cloud-based software that is an appropriate option for anyone needing a well-rounded employee scheduling platform.
